Liftgate Manipulator with Vacuum End Effector

Powered 90º Tilt on X axis and 360º Yaw on Z axis. Finished part is protected from all surface contact points to eliminate damage or marring.

 

This Manipulator is equipped with Vertical Slide Handlebars.
These handles ‘float’ via a linear precision pneumatic cylinder and allows the operator to stay in a proper ergonomic working position throughout the work envelope of the Manipulator.

AIMCO Custom Battery Manipulator with Gripper End Effector & 360º Yaw on Z axis

End Effector is integrated with a Gorbel G-Force Smart Hoist and provides Float Mode, Safety Interlocks, programmable speeds & elevation settings.

Auto-Pick Air Logic automatically grips & releases the battery via a pneumatic pressure sensing circuit between the gripper assembly and lifter handlebar.

Custom Manipulator for large Exhaust Down Pipe & Converter with Vacuum End Effector

 

This system runs on a dual girder H-Frame Trolley mount. This provides a rigid Manipulator with no swing or sway and allows for a 36” ‘reach-in’ capability. Part is picked from a weld fixture that is centered under a vent hood (reach-in requirement) and placed into Final Gauge.
