Custom Portable System

This system was designed to fill and weigh the pail, install and crimp the lid, and palletize with the Vacuum Lifter.

The entire system is on a portable base and can be moved to various stations throughout the plant.

Pail Gripper System

Unique system provides a Gripper End Effector to securely handle pails. This eliminates the worry of a lid coming off in the lifting process vs. lifting from the lid only.

Gas Spring-assisted Pivot Handlebars “float” & keep the worker in good ergonomic posture in high and low positions of the work envelope.
