Ceiling Mount Bridge Cranes
Our custom overhead installations deliver lift assists for multiple dock doors and allow for unrestricted access for trucks. Each system is built according to customer specifications, featuring structural steel ceiling supports (without threaded rods) that are painted to match the crane color and the overall interior design of your facility. PVC piping is used to connect the vacuum to each bridge, facilitating multiple flexible hose connections. This setup guarantees optimal vacuum flow, thereby maximizing the lifting capacity of your vacuum tube lifters.
Free Standing
Our workstations are designed to integrate seamlessly with Lift Tables, Vacuum Tube Lifters, and Free-Standing Bridge Cranes. This unique work cell configuration can include a Bridge Crane, Custom Vacuum Tube Lifter, and Lift/Rotate Work Positioners (such as Lift Tables) to effectively assemble partial pallets of various shingle bundles.
Bridge Crane
Our bridge cranes are highly adaptable and can be configured to fit specific applications. They can be arranged for ceiling or floor mounting, or a combination of both, allowing you to maximize your floor space while maintaining operational efficiency.
Gantry Cranes
Constructed from lightweight aluminum, our gantry cranes are easily movable and ideal for low headroom areas with a wider lift range. Their adjustable height features ensure versatility in various work environments. Plus, they are collapsible for easy storage and set up, making them a practical choice for any facility. All gantry cranes come with an underhung trolley, which is included for added convenience.
