If your application requires a Custom Engineered Solution, this is our process:
1. Project Analysis
We thoroughly analyze your application and establish the work flow requirements. This can be accomplished online through web reviews and data, but may require a site visit.
2. Proposal & Concept
We provide a detailed proposal and concept.
3. Project Engineering
After an order is placed, a dedicated Project Engineer is assigned to the job. This Engineer stays with the project from start to finish. It takes 1 – 2 weeks to prepare Approval Drawings. This will include web reviews with CAD models to verify clearances, etc…
4. Drawing Approval
We do not release the project for manufacturing until the customer is comfortable with the design and signs off on the Approval Drawings.
5. Manufacturing
After customer sign off, the project is released for manufacturing. The typical lead time from sign off to run off is 8 – 10 weeks.
6. Project Coordination
We coordinate with all suppliers and integrate all phases of the build. Project updates are provided as needed.
